Requirements:
- Send the video in high resolution to be adjusted by our team.
- If you want to send the file "ready": Set the horizontal border to a maximum of 800px. keeping the aspect ratio of the video, compression .mp4 codec.h264 to the bitrate that allows better quality in your case without exceeding 4mb of file size.
- Video must be in one of the supported aspect ratios.
Aspect ratios:
- Horizontal 16:9
- Horizontal 4:3
Notes:
- A video duration of no more than 20 seconds is recommended.
